Shaida Shahinfar
Shaida is an attorney at Warren Kash Warren LLP.
Shaida represents clients in a broad range of intellectual property and technology matters including patent, copyright, trade secrets, and trademark litigation.
Shaida graduated from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, where she served on the board of the Iranian Law Students Association, the board of the Tech and Law Society, and as Symposium Editor for the UC Law SF International & Comparative Law Review. Also during law school, she held internships at Plaid, Walkup, Melodia, and the FBI.
In her free time, Shaida enjoys playing intramural soccer and trying new restaurants in San Francisco.
